Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue, Marvel Stadium. Special rates have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
MAKING A RESERVATION
Bookings should be made through the registration form by Friday 14 February 2025. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking.
The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

Please advise the Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Dorsett King Room: $640 per night including GST on 16th March, $240 per night including GST on 17th, 18th & 19th March.
The 16th of March is the last day of the Grand Prix, so the cost for that room night is $640. The room cost per night on the 17th, 18th, and 19th of March is $240.
